Outdoor First Aid

Overview: - Whilst we don’t expect things to go wrong, sometimes they do!  A colleague feels unwell, you find someone who has had a fall, someone in your group collapses and stops breathing!

The course focuses on how to deal with incidents when professional help may not be close at hand.  This course provides a systematic approach that develops your skills progressively.

A blend of learning to help to remember what to do along with plenty of opportunities to practice.
