
The mornings of Navigator Levels 1 and 2 courses, also the GPS course take place in the comfort of a village hall, with regular coffee breaks, enabling pupils to absorb tuition easier rather than facing the elements.
NAVIGATOR LEVEL 1 DAY
9.00 Coffee available – a chance to meet your fellow students and instructors.
9.30 Brief Introductions.
Outline the days programme and objectives.
Using an Inter-
After coffee, we will study various Navigational techniques, including grid references, bearings, map orientation, handrails, magnetic variation etc.
LUNCH -
After lunch we go out onto the Moor to put into practice skills and tactics learnt during the morning session.
Return to hall for refreshments and prepare route for next day (totally on the Moor, where pupils practice all skills and techniques).

The Course is run in a friendly and relaxed manner and clients input and questions are most welcome.
During breaks you will have plenty of time to browse the Compassworks Shop.
