Whether you would like a challenging and demanding ‘yomp’ across the untamed tors of Dartmoor or a more leisurely amble through some of the most breathtaking scenery in the country, look no further than Compassworks.
We can tailor our walks to suit all abilities, and have the flexibility to fit in with your diary and your timescale. You tell us what you want, and we will do the rest. Whatever or wherever you choose, you will not be disappointed. Your enjoyment and safety is uppermost in our planning. Dartmoor is truly a walker’s paradise, an unspoilt, largely uninhabited wilderness, steeped in history, legend and folklore with flora and fauna in abundance.
Individuals, small groups and families are all catered for - all we ask is that children are accompanied by an adult please. Discounts are available for children under 16 years of age.
We can provide delicious packed lunches (£4 per person) and rucksacks if required.
Dartmoor, although beautiful, can throw the most unpredictable weather at you - despite what the forecasters may say, so appropriate clothing and footwear are essential (no jeans or trainers please).
Free transport by Land Rover Station Wagon is available for up to eight people (subject to distance).
